THE APARTMENT "CASA ARJUNA"
Our apartment has a fantastic southern exposure - so you can enjoy the sun on the roof terrace when it starts to shine into the valley from behind the rock wall behind Vueltas, and in the evening enjoy the beautiful play of colors of the sunset over the sea during dinner.
On the roof terrace you are secluded from the hustle and bustle of the playa and the street in front of the house and there is plenty of space for a workout / yoga or to watch the stars in the evening.
Often the fire & drum show on the beach (every evening at sunset) is well visible from the roof terrace.
For those who have already had enough sun, the awnings bring a shady spot in the fresh air.
On the lower balcony you can sit comfortably & read a book and watch the promenade & the street.
We also have a guitar in the apartment which you can use to make you vacation atmosphere perfect. After all, there is nothing more romantic than a little guitar strumming together by candlelight.
Our apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, which as highlight has a water filter (the water otherwise contains chlorine), which saves a lot of lugging if you drink a lot of water / also want to cook for yourself.
There is also a closed and an open bedroom, both are air-conditioned.
If the weather doesn't cooperate, or you just feel the need to be inside, there is also a table & chairs inside that could also be used as an air-conditionable workspace (fiber internet ~200Mbit bidirectional).
Children are welcome, but be sure to block off the stairs with a suitcase etc if your kids can't yet climb stairs safely.
We do not live on site, access to the apartment is flexible via a lockbox & digital lock. If you have any questions, please contact us in advance - because we want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest.

RULES
Ocuupancy
Maximum occupancy is 4 persons (excl. infants 0-2 years).
No more persons than specified at the time of booking.
Each person over 2 years old is counted as a person.
Rules:
No parties
No commercial filming/photography
No smoking in the apartment
No animals in the apartment
We use the "Chekin" service to record the legally required data (guest register, notification to SES). This is a legal requirement as we have an official rental license. If you prefer to have your identity checked on site, this is not a problem, but it costs 20€ extra as we do not live in the VGR and have to pay someone to check your ID in person.

Damages / Cleaning:
We deliberately do not require a rental deposit. Damages to the inventory must of course be reported and paid by the renter. Please always make sure that your private liability insurance covers " damages to rented property".
The final cleaning is calculated on the basis of handing over the apartment in a swept clean condition (sand roughly vacuumed up, own garbage disposed of, dishwasher on, no coarse soiling). Should this not be the case, we reserve the right to charge for the additional work involved.
AREA
There is a supermarket, mini market, organic store, several restaurants, a bike rental, a pharmacy and a German bakery in under 5 minutes walk.
The location of the apartment is ideal especially if you need / want to switch between sun and shade more often with children.
There is free parking behind the house.
The bus stop for all relevant lines is just a few meters up the street (the stop is called "Casa Maria"). So the arrival with the public buses or the use of them to get to the starting points for hiking is very convenient.
