
THE APARTMENT "CASA ARJUNA"
Located in a well-maintained residential complex on the seafront, our apartment in Playa de La Calera offers the perfect mix of beach proximity and central location in Valle Gran Rey. Within a few steps you reach the beach, restaurants and small shops. Thanks to its southern orientation, the apartment is filled with light all day: enjoy the sunrise over the cliffs of Vueltas and the colorful sunsets over the Atlantic from the rooftop terrace – often accompanied by the nightly fire and drum show on the beach.
The rooftop terrace offers plenty of space for yoga, a workout or stargazing – here you can unwind in peace. Sunshades provide shade whenever you’ve had enough sun. The lower balcony is perfect for reading a book while watching the lively promenade and street – experiencing Playa de La Calera up close, while still having your own retreat.
For musical guests, a guitar is available – perhaps the most romantic holiday feeling by candlelight. The fully equipped kitchen includes a three-stage water filter, so you can safely use the tap water for cooking and drinking.
One bedroom is located downstairs, another at the top of the staircase. Both have doors and air conditioning (the unit downstairs cools the entire lower floor). If the weather doesn’t cooperate or you’d like to work indoors, the dining area with fiber-optic internet (~200 Mbit) makes an ideal workspace.
Children are very welcome. Please note the staircase – it should be blocked with a suitcase or similar if your children are not yet confident on stairs.
We don’t live on site; access to the apartment is flexible via lockbox. If you have any questions, we’re always available – our goal is for you to enjoy your stay to the fullest.

Ocuupancy
Maximum occupancy is 4 persons (excl. infants 0-2 years).
No more persons than specified at the time of booking.
Each person over 2 years old is counted as a person.

Our apartment is part of a residential community. To make everyone – you and our neighbours – feel comfortable, we kindly ask you to keep in mind a few simple things:
For the legally required guest registration (reporting to SES), we use the service Chekin.

Damages
We deliberately do not require a rental deposit. Damages to the inventory must of course be reported and paid by the renter. Please always make sure that your private liability insurance covers " damages to rented property".
AREA
Within a 5-minute walk you’ll find a supermarket, mini market, organic shop, several restaurants, a pharmacy, a bike rental and even a German bakery. The location is especially convenient for families with children who want to quickly switch between sun and shade.
Free parking is available behind the building. In addition, a parking space in the underground garage can be reserved – please let us know in advance if you’d like to use it (the remote control is provided upon request).
The “Casa Maria” bus stop with all major lines is just a few meters away, making arrival by public transport easy and providing convenient access to the starting points of many hiking trails.
